Every Lawnova robotic mower is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — including motor, battery, mainboard and sensors.

1-year accessory warranty

Blades, boundary wire, garages and charging stations are covered for 12 months.

What is not covered

Wear parts after normal use (e.g. blade sharpness), damage from improper installation of the boundary wire, water damage above the IPX5 rating, and unauthorized modifications.

How to claim

Email 3697809@qq.com with your order number, serial number and a short video or photos of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days — with a repair, replacement or refund.
